Sensible style

During a recession, women rely on accessories to freshen and re-imagine looks already in their closets. Rather then splash out on a new evening gown, the wallet-savvy woman might cinch her waist with a new belt, add some earrings, or fasten something fetching: like this flapper-inspired flower by daradotdesigns. Fashioned from leather and vintage buttons, these blooms can decorate any outfit as a brooch, be worn as a headpiece, or attach to a hairband. That's three looks for the price of one. Talk about mileage!
